At least ask who's asinine idea was this. I suspect Kathy Duva to be the culprit with zero imagination here.

 

It been a while since I've been this excited prior to a fight. I think Adamek will pull it off somehow but it wont be easy. My biggest concern is the size difference but if you look at Adameks resume he's done pretty well against big punchers (Oneil, Banks), he's had the most difficulty against quick technitians (Dawson, Cunningham, Estrada).
Hopefully his punches will be strong enough to slow down Arreolas cavalry attack.

 

U surprised? Lets face it, adamek is a great warrior and helluva fighter, but outside the ring he's ZIggy's ***** , he has nothing to say whatsoever , he's just a puppet in the hands of greedy ppl (ziggy) :--(

I bet this was Duva's idea not Ziggy's. Duva is especially keen on marketing TA to the American audience who don't have a clue what Goral means. Ziggy is no saint but he ain't that bad. Golota stuck with him for his entire career and you know Mariola wouldn't allow any funny business from him. Adamek is no one's *****. He can fire Ziggy and Duva at any time and have every promoter in boxing knocking on his door.


The timing for this horrible nickname is bad. Couldn't the idiots wait after the fight? I guess their thinking is to change it before TA's prime time debut on HBO.

 

I'm 100% Polish and I honestly don't care at all about what nickname Tomasz uses. It isn't going to change his personality, career, or fights at all.

 

But it sure makes him sound gay.

Adamek can't get rid of him. he's like child in the fogg there in the us, doesnt know what, how and when to do , he needs his ppl to take care of him or he feels lost., he's just that kind of a person. The nickname is very personal thing , and particularly the Góral one meant something, it was something more than just a stupid nickname, some kind of homage to his ppl , to the place were he was born and raised. They change it to some gay **** without any consultations and he wont even protest? If i was him i would found out who's idea it was and broke both legs to the mother****er. Thats how independent person would react. And its not the first time adamek looks like a puppet , why did he fight bobby gunn for chrissake? Why Golota? there were other options. Its just that he didnt even know about them, he knows only what ziggy tells him, cuz he cant understand or talk to americans for ****. Ziggy is the only guy apart from his family that speaks polish up there and that is why he has the biggest influence on adamek.

I like adamek, loves the way he fights but im trying to be objective here, He's ziggy's puppet and i dont really like it.

Altho i may be wrong about whos idea it was to change the nickname, maybe ur right that it was duva, however it doesnt change the fact that ziggy is a scumbag. And remember he's the one who has the last word there, so if he doesnt protest it means he agrees.

It is ****ed. And honestly embaressing for Tomek, hope he does something about this stupid ****. Everyone I have spoken to on this topic was rolling on the floor laughing at it.
