I have been recently looking at the title of the Mayweather vs. Maidana fight and am interested in why they labeled this fight the moment. At first I thought ok most people expect a Floyd win via UD so if Maidana happens to beat Floyd, it wil be labeled as "The Moment" Floyd lost the "0" (and please no Castillo 1 references ;)).

But it may be deeper than that.

My question is if he is the 1st fighter to stop Maidana, what would the significance of the title mean then,, if any?

they are referring to the time alexandria shut out madona 12-0 in a 10 round fight.

it was a boring moment that nobody remembers.

this is the same ****, but more potshotting.:good

Well who has looked better as of late ... Maidana or Alexander

No shame in taking an "L" to Aexander, who is a champion caliber fighter, especially at your first fight at the weight class. Plus the addition of Garcia in his corner has paid dividends. And I dont relly like Maidana liek that, but to say he is the same fighter who fought Devon is crazy!
