The more DeMarco wins, the more boxing fans should realize that Valero was the truth

    Valero went into DeMarco's backyard and methodically picked him apart, even with a nasty gash.

    I think there's no doubt that had Valero been alive today, he would've cleaned out 135 and 140 and would have set his eyes on the welterweight division.

    RIP champ.

    Yeah I was actually saying that to someone, Valero was probably
    poised on the cusp of greatness, Too bad he couldn't fight his
    demons back as well as his opponents in the ring.

    I agree completely. That fight was something, nasty gash Valero had and he was relentless breaking down DeMarco. I thought the same thing after DeMarco dispatched Linares, who I also thought looked impressive.

    Demarco got dominated that fight. But he did take everything Valero threw at him and was never hurt.

    Valero was a *****. Mother ****er was taken out by a pair of Levi's! What a bad ass. Demarco is good, but average.
