Chavez was very good, but injured his rotator early, Hernandez was average. When these are the best 2 at 130 its a weak division.

Morales only moved to 130 after Corales/Cassa/Freitas moved about 6 months before he fancied going to 130.

The Raheem fight was at 135 but Raheem had fought at 126 and 130 so weight wasnt an issue

well it just makes you look stupid. How the **** was barrera shot coming into the fight when he would go on to do bigger and better things. Ayala was a bantamweight, many fighters fight smaller guys. You try and make it sound like he accomplkished nothing, which pisses me off.

Don't worry about PowerPuncher, he has always been an ardid dick against Morales. Anybody can look at all the negative side of any boxer's resume.

In the end Morales accomplished a ton, he is an All Time Great.

#1. morales spent a lot of time engaging in the barrera and pac trilogies. #2. people forget that there was a long period of time where marquez was only interested in paper titles, and avoided big fights. #3. there are always going to be other fighters

Learn how to read dumbass, 'they thought Barrera was shot' - people thought Barrera was done and not that good after he lost to Junior Jones. He would prove them wrong ofcourse

Did I forget to mention Barrera won all 3 fights :smoke

Oh Morales did accomplish a fair amount, but he wasnt fighting the best of the best as this thread likes to portray

Listen Newbee I havent posted a critical Morales post in years before this thread. So if you do indeed know I've critisised Morales in the past that would mean your an alias probably after losing a bet you decided not to honor :smoke

But lets not get it twisted Morales is very good but his comp isn't all this thread cracks it up to be.

I think Morales was steered away from certain fights by Arrum to keep him 'undefeated' for as long as possible. They definately avoided certain fights
