if SSM was more of a boxer I would agree wit u, but he's more of a speedy brawler with very good skill. Margarito by KO.

    Point taken.

I don't know. Shane's pretty tough to stop. If anything, I think he finds a way to survive until the final bell, even if it's on the wrong end of a lopsided score.

I can definitely see a ref stoppage on Shane. Fighting in spurts or throwing one punch at a time will take it's toll on the old man.

It could happen, but I think it's more likely he wins than gets stopped.

But, I do realize Mosley don't have too many great efforts left in him. I hope he has just one more, and am also hoping Margarito starts off slow. He's sometimes inconsistent in the early going of bouts.

I would be pretty happy with a Shane win as well. He doesn't have many big fights left in him. And what a feat it would be.

I guess I'm on. I'm really worried that he may beat the **** out of Shane.

Could happen, but I think, at worst, Shane will hold his own and keep it respectable. Even in defeat, Shane has always kept it competitive.

I just don't see Mosley getting stopped against Margarito, win, lose, or draw he's making it to the bell.

I'm picking Margo by either stoppage or UD.

Keep in mind that my picks lately have been ****. I thought Tarver would beat Dawson, Peter would beat Vitali, and Pavlik would beat Hopkins. :patsch At least I picked JC over RJJ.

I got Dawson over Tarver, but I was wrong on Peter-Vitali and Hopkins-Pavlik as well (although, I was rooting for Vitali & Hopkins, so that kind of worked out).

I was right about Calzaghe, too, but I was also wrong about Malignaggi, that scum bag!

You weren't the only one. My neighbor came over to watch the fight with me, and right before the bell rang to start the first round, I open my big mouth and say "I'm picking Malignaggi by decision." :patsch

Cotto did not give up, he got beaten down. SSM's corner better be ready to throw in the towel if this one gets ugly because a guy like SSM will take a serious beatdown before getting KTFO.

Watch SSM's fight against Mayorga. He is past it. He can outbox AM for some of the fight, but not all of it. We know he can't stop AM. We know AM will keep coming and his stamina is incredible. We know SSM is getting old. WTF do you think is going to happen? SSM isn't the running type and he is too old to put on his dancing shoes.

As soon as he starts getting pounded without defending himself the ref better step in or this ATG will end up with some serious brain damage.
