I was thinking of Paul Williams before I even opened the thread. In my opinion he is the best p4p as well.

 

I'm kinda in the middle on this fight...The only thing that has made me solidify my pick is Williams chin....We have yet to see how Williams will handle Pavlik's power which will be the major factor IMO...Williams does has the tools to offset Pavlik rythem but thats a lost cause if he cant take Pavlik's shots...I'm leaning towards Williams in this due to styles but I wouldnt be shocked if Pavlik was to KO Williams given that Williams hasnt been tested by the power of Pavlik.:good

How does a fighter that gets paid Millions of dollars to fight with his hands, not even bother to show up for his doctors appointments in order to have such hands checked out?

That Jack Loew sure is on top of things, although with all the fighters that he has & driveways to seal, I can see how he does not have the time to check on his only real cash cow.

Goosen's purse demand was more than enough to call it off if they were looking for an excuse. But to be fair, it sounds like HBO pressured both sides on this one to get it done.

Bottom line, according to an interview I heard with Loew, Kelly 'chose' to try and get a fight with Pdub over all the others HBO would agree to.
