most of the top fighters have been tied up with super 6 not avoiding him.He is decent but I dont think he is above Ward,Froch or Kessler.He would probably beat Abraham on points but he loses to the other 3.

Bute could've fought Hopkins at 170-171.

I actually like him in that fight and it would've been bigger in Canada than Ward/Froch/Dirrell. Bringing Hopkins down to 170 and putting him into a high paced fight fought from the outside would've been bad news for Hopkins, I think Bute would've won a clear UD and that would've put him ahead of Ward going into negotiations.

 

No Lucian Bute avoids every man !

Anyone noticed the fact that in SMW everyone seems willing and able to fight one another, but when it comes to Bute.. all of a sudden, its EVERYONE ELSES fault that the fight doesn't come off?

Is it a mere coincidence that they're willing to fight eachother?

 

Froch who has fought Pascal, Taylor, Dirrell, Kessler, Abraham , Johnson and Ward, since stepping up to world class wants an easy fight next in his home town. Thats seems fair to me.

He seemed to be up for the fight anway before ShowTime decided that they didn't want the fight but instead wanted Bute to fight an american.

 

It wasn't difficult to lure Jesse Brinkley to Canada. Are you hinting that Brinkley has more courage than everyone in the division?

By the way, Froch doesn't represent the division. The only reason Bute is interested in getting him to Canada is because he's coming off a loss and only name fighters coming off losses would agree to go to Canada.

Notice how everyone "ducks" Bute, but are willing to fight one another, and notice how every Bute fan has excuses for the blatant duck of Dirrell, stating he can't bring asses to seats, when they had no trouble with him fighting Magee,Brinkley and Mendy?

Even as he knocked out Mendy who was fresh off being poleaxed by Bika, the same posters who defend him, where here claiming him to be the best puncher of all time at SMW?

Ofcourse, one or two Bute-tards will reply to this post and say I'm a no good dirty troll, but something is wrong when Bute can't find ONE legitimate opponent in a division filled with hungry lions who have already fought one another.
