Guys like David Lopez and Grady Brewer have a tough time getting decent fights, but it is not because top guys see them as a serious threat. Top guys can find less troublesome opponents, with better records, who bring more money to the table.

Promoters and managers do not want to put their propsects/contenders in with guys like Brewer and Lopez because the risk/reward ratio is all wrong. The possibility of a loss is very real, and would cause serious promotional problems. A win would only be seen as beating "one more journeyman." Thus, guys like this are "avoided."

In 2010 it will be David Tua. You'd get little credit for beating him, but risk a devastating KO by fighting him. He'll struggle to get a fight against a top contender.

Yeah didnt Marg want a rematch even though he is a cheating *******... Also Quintana has been calling him out for how long? P-Dub is the one avoiding him... he needs to rematch Quintana or martinez.. hell now Pavlick also wants to fight him.. its hard to call him most avoided when so many have called him out and he is doing the avoiding.

    Choi.

Green and Collazo really shouldn't be on the list. El Maachi and Duran jst aren't that good.

    I'd probably vote for Choi.

Not sure why so many people are going with Williams, just because a fighter says something, doesn't mean its true.

Margarito was offerd a rematch and he turned it down. Quintana got knocked out in one round. He said he would rematch Martinez. Pavlik declined to fight him because of a staph infection and than fought two weeks after Williams fought Martinez. Dude has been avoided.
