At the top level, Roy Jones v Bernard Hopkins 1 was dull. I’ve never watched their rematch.

I though Benitez vs Duran was pretty boring. Duran apparently trained pretty hard for the fight. Of course, Wilfredo was good, but it seemed Duran inherently couldn't' get his punches off. I recall him shaking out his arms in the corner also, as if they were numb/dead. Whatever was going on, each round that went by seemed to even more strongly confirm that the next round was going to be little different and not too exciting.

Byrd vs Williamson is my pick.. Simply a pathetic so called fight, for a title no less. Williamson stated after the fight fought injured. I don't care if he had to fight on a wooden leg, he should have put forth some effort in an opportunity of a lifetime.

I stopped the vid after 4 rounds of the Evander Holyfield v Fres Oquendo 'fight' and after 3 rounds of the Robin Reid v Sugarboy Malinga bout. Both times I said, 'Life is too short for this!' Also, I would add in any fight with Hugo Corro.

    Juan Manuel Marquez-Derrick Gainer

When it ended due to a clash of heads, Larry Merchant said thankfully “this abortion of a fight has ended”

This might have been the most disappointing.

A lot of other dull fights, I wasn’t expecting much. This was a big fight that most of us expected to be exciting and it was a total disappointment
