The most consistent fighter in all of boxing has to be british welterweight Karl Taylor. His consistency is nothing short of amazing. And his record speaks for itself. Why aren't we hearing more about him? I think this bloke is going to go places. See for yourself: http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=2153&cat=boxer
I came across an even more awe-inspiring record. That of Karl Taylor. I think it's safe to say he's not "heavy-handed" with only 4 KO's in 140 fights.
its actually peter buckley. this guy sometimes fights 3 times in 1 night lol http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=3372&cat=boxer
Peter Buckley was a great credit to the sport. He was stopped but I don't think ever KO'd and he went the distance (6 rounds) with a young Naseem Hamed! Plus on the recieving end of countless dodgy decisions.
there was an article on this guy i read once, it sed in 300 fights he never suffered a cut. he's been bruise and battered but is a very tough guy
theres a boxer out there with summin like 30 or 40-odd wins 0 losses and just 1 KO i can't remember his name now, somebody reccomended him as an opponent for Amir Khan
Zuri Lawrence is my favorite in that regard. HW with 40 fights, some good wins (McCline, Vidoz, Sosnowski, draw against Barrett, was beating Rahman when he got KOed), not a single KO win on his record in 24 wins.
Cesar Rene Cuenca is another dude with 35 wins and only 1 win by KO. he's undefeated too http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=129817&cat=boxer
