Are you going to actually have sound this time? And are you going to keep cutting to adverts on how to buy ppv's even though we already have done this to access the programme ?

i bought many ppv's but after you coverd a Robert Stieglitz/Enrique Ornelas i had tp endure adverts for how to buy the ppv ,even though i ordered it ! Also you broadcast a fight on a Vitali Klit fight without sound? this is pretty poor service and when you address these problems to your customer services or on your page you aernt interested in actually resolving them

    so please beware!

hi - we did have a brief issue with sound on a feed we received for a Klitscho fight, however it was resolved and didn't affect the main event. We have only shown any adverts(for ourselves) when there was a break in the feed we received.

As a channel we do not believe in advertising during a PPV broadcast which is why you won't have any adverts during the encrypted broadcast of the Khan fight - if you pay why would you want a car advert every other round? We will not be receiving a feed for the Khan vs McCloskey card and will be producing the PPV ourselves so I can assure you there will not be any issues. I'm sure those who have seen our Froch broadcasts where we have produced the studio portions will testify to the quality.

Primetime are not to blame here. They just took the opportunity that came their way.

your not answering the question ,why when i bought and wa spaying fro the named fight did it keep cutting to the advert/or the infomercial that you have on how to order an event? because of this amatuer effort i will never ever order from you, also remeber up till that ppv i had orderd most of your ppv and must have put a fair amount of £££ your way ...

It seems that they were cutting to their adverts as opposed to you watching some German adverts. Is it really that unbearable?

Primetime's involvement can only be good for British boxing. More competition equals better value in the long run for fans.

On that particular feed If we hadn't shown those channel promo's you would have had a shot of the stadium with no sound as that is what was shown during the advert gaps on the feed we were given. We had to make an on the spot decision and used channel promos. It seemed like the best option

fair enough thanks for advising, you maybe need to have to think of your customers and let them know what is actually happening instead of leaving them frustrated,
