The most exciting moment of the year.

Definitely. There was so much build up and such a seemingly long wait. The last week it was like everyone just wanted to get their week out of the way and watch the fight. Nobody seemed to care about anything else.

The last few minutes before the fight were the "it's finally here" moment.

I only get this feeling before something like the World Cup (football/soccer).
