hmm.....i think you're right, Mosley is probabbly the person you least wanna fight, well him or Clottey, but then again, Clottey's fighting Cotto, so i guess not, but then again, Cotto fought Mosley and offered him another fight ..so does that make Berto the most feared?
There are Berto, Floyd, Clottey and Cotto at welterweight, and he hasn't offered any of them a fight, there are also plenty of peepz to fight at 154 and 160 yet he picked quintana, phillip and old ass 2 year lay off winky.
Dibella has basically forbided Berto from fighting him, Floyd has no interest, Arum has been reluctant in negotiating with his team, Cintron blatantly ducked him after they initially agreed to fight and then backed out due to a hand injury only to call out every welter except PTP when he recovered, and Margo blatantly ducked him in a rematch. Clottey is the only guy at 47 that expressed real interest and the fight never materialized because the proposed November date on HBO BAD couldn't fund a fight of that stature. Your boy has come out and said he has no interest in fighting him after PTP dismantled Winky who definitively outboxed Shane twice. Shane does get ducked but PTP is the most feared welter and I don't see how that can be disputed.
oscar would have beaten margarito just like shane did. too bad oscar had to go up against mayweathr instead, and he gave a prime floyd a close split decision.
