I voted "He is not on it" for Fres Oquendo. At least John Ruiz had Norman Stone to make things interesting - it's too bad that Stone is retired now. Oquendo is so mind numbingly inactive that you have all forgotten about him.

Scam Cheater is without a doubt as ridiculous as Shannon Briggs is. Fights a whole assload of nobodies scoring knockouts any decent fighter could score, gets a title shot against a POS champion or POS James Toney and wins and somehow they are great?

Shannon Briggs cheats his way, with steroids, and Scam Cheater cheats his way by aiming for the back of the head.

Will Scam ever get a knockout over a top 10 guy? Probably not, because chances are he's dropping a TKO loss to Maskaev or he'll lose BAD by decision.
