    Mayweather KO'ing Ortiz! lol JK

Marquez over Pacquiao is the most recent iconic KO. Most people, not just boxing fans, know about it.

Two best KO punches in heavyweight history involved Jersey Joe Walcott. That left hook he leveled Ezzard Charles with was sweeter than the Robinson-Fullmer hook. Rocky Marciano's right cross that nearly decapitated Walcott was an ATG punch also.

actually that's incorrect. Tyson put his gumshield in because he wanted to carry on fighting and he knew the ref wouldn't allow it without the gumshield

The answer is Ali KO Liston.

You see the image of Ali standing over Liston everywhere.

Right, but at the same time, he never was iron Mike again. So the OP is correct that is a very iconic moment in my opinion

how was he never Iron Mike again?

he came back knocked out Stewart in one round, same Stewart who beat the **** out of Foreman and Holyfield and then he fought a dangerous contender in his prime, twice, back to back and beat him ****less.
