Sorry, I'm not arguing this point anymore. You guys are just too good for me. As a matter of fact, I'm now convinced that Haye is the greatest EVER.
your point that haye is being over rated is well taken but there aren't 22 hw's better even with his limited work at hw. virchis retired. guinn hasn't had a barrett level win for some time, johnson has fought absolutely no one... williamson too hasn't had a barrett level win in some time (if ever).... ruiz, toney, rahman etc are nothing special obviously...etc it goes on and on. the division is weak. hard not to have haye in top 15 just based on work at cw and the barrett good show
This thread is ridiculous. Since when do people not take into account what fighters did at the weight below? So when Pac moves around in weight, he has to start off at the back of the line? When Floyd moved up to 154 to beat Oscar, should that have not been allowed in your eyes? Or when Holy moved up from cruiser or Hatton moved up from light welter? Idiot.
Say what you want about David Haye, fact of the matter is you havn't stopped talking about him :think You know why? its because of the excitement and interest he brings, no other heavyweight brings that at the moment, we dont want to see them fight bums we want to see an exciting heavyweight fight and thats exactly what Haye will bring, win or lose. You think there would of been this much talk about a fight 6 months away if he was fighting, say an Arreola? Just shut up and look forward to what will be a superb fight
