I am English so these will be heavily biased towards our fighters.

Calzaghe battering Lacy, I had that many side bets on Calzaghe winning that one, and after the media coverage it looked like Joe was going to be demolished.

Getting up at 4 am in the morning to watch Darren Barker getting hammered in the 6th to get up from a body shot and win the world title, when it looked like his opportunity after Martinez might have gone.

Ricky Hatton beating Kosta Tszyu in Machester was great night, going in I didn’t think he would win that fight.

Andy Lee beating Matt Korobov when it looked like it was all over for him.

Carl Froch destroying Lucian Bute, the coverage and media speculation that he was going to get beaten up.

There has been more but they standout.

He never lost against Cotto!! That damn Doc , probably the same one that insisted he break training & fly across country so they could examine his eye to supposedly see if he was fit enough to fight ROFLMAO it was right before the fight contracts signed tickets sold etc ROFL!!
That doc stopped that fight to save Cotto QUITTING AGAIN!! NOT to save Tony's eye .Doc knew Tony couldnt see out of it from early in round 2 why didnt he stop the fight then???
Ask Pac which fighter hit him the hardest & he'll tell you MARGARITO!!

Calzaghe battering Lacy is a great shout, I think many of us were in disbelief after the buildup to the fight. Shows how fighters are wrongly hyped based on performances against inferior opponents, you'd think analysts and fans would learn from these experiences. Calzaghe joked there'd be no rematch because he'd probably get done for GBH.

I think some posters are going for 'best' rather than most memorable. The most memorable for me was Khan getting starched by Prescott. I was laughed at for saying that Prescott was too much, too soon for the chinny Khan and after he was obliterated there was a marked silence, followed by some half-arsed, mostly defensive apologies and I don't think it was brought up again for the rest of the evening.

You need to stop with all this corruption stuff or just stop watching boxing all together. Not every bad thing that happens in the sport is corruption.

I think you know better than that my friend. I was there when they demanded Tony fly across country so doc could examine his eye. Doc would come to Tony

All 3 judges had Cotto ahead 89-82 when the fight was stopped. 8 rounds to 1. Margarito was given a comprehensive beating. I loved when Cotto stood in the middle of that ring and stared Margarito down. Margarito would have stared back, but he couldn't see. LOL

Never realized losing to 2 of the best fighters of the last 20 years was a bad thing. Can you explain why defeats at the hands of Pacquiao and Cotto don’t look good?

Pac was way smaller and Margarito destroyed Cotto in the first fight. Not saying it's a bad thing, I was answering your question.

But your still making excuses. Lots of smaller fighters beat bigger fighters just as lots of fighters redeem themselves in a rematch. Margarito was a guy who took tons of punches throughout his career. Huge shots that would topple many fighters. So Margarito losing steam at the end of a 23 year career after losing to Manny and Cotto, is supposed to be some huge revelation?

LOL I'm no different than anyone else. People saying Spence uses PED's, lying about his eye. Saying Mosely was using PED's when he whooped Margarito. All with zero evidence. That's why I posted what I did, which prompted you to ask who Margarito fought after Mosely. Are you telling me that one cannot draw a conclusion that Margarito loaded his gloves? Look at the fights before Mosley and after. You can say what you want in his defense. That's fine. All I'm saying is, Margarito' performances after Mosley, are every bit as suspect as Mosley's performance against Margarito.

Here’s Cotto after the 2nd fight. He looks pretty busted up. So what exactly is different?

You believe Margarito's drop off after Mosley, was old age. I see your point. Marg was in some tough fights in his career. No telling how much the Mosley ass whoopin took out of him. Another reason could be Margarito didn't have the heart anymore after being wrongfully accused of cheating. I believe it was because he wasn't loading his gloves any more.

So how did Cottos face get marked up worse than the first fight?
