Zab Judah Has got to be the one of, if not the The most mentally weak boxer in history. Every time things don't go as planed he either looks for a way out (last Night), flat out quits or start doing dirty stuff in the ring (Floyd fight), or blames other people (Jay Nady) when he gets KTFO.

Now let me start by saying this, the next fighter on my list Is one of my favorite fighters of all time but i gotta put my feelings aside and call'em like I see'em.

Number two on my list is Iron Mike Tyson For the same reasons stated above because when he couldn't intimidate people he was in deep Crap (Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Buster Douglas). He also dazed or knocked out a lot of people with his elbows.

I know that there 's a lot more out there so feel free to add to the list as I will when they come to mind.

    **** outta here, you don't know ****.

Golota, McCall - those are mentally weak fighters. Zab and Tyson have stood up to beatings that would have you put in critical care without quitting.

McCall is just a mental wreck and a crack addict.

Other than crying in the Lewis fight, I'd say the guy has some serious toughness, certainly he's tougher than Zab Judah.

"mental wreck and a crack addict" = mental weakness. Golota had (has) an actual mental illness as well. Zab is tough as **** and he's proved it many times, most notably in the Cotto fight. Anyone who gets in the ring and fights at that level is tough. I'm not even a Zab fan, I just hate stupid ass threads like this.

Tyson is a special case. Very mentally strong.... and very mentally weak as well.

Zab mentally weak (and delusionally low-IQ ridiculous).
Golota mentally weak (and scary psycho).
    McCall mentally weak (sad case).
Danny Williams is mentally weak (likable guy though...).

Victor Ortiz mentally weak moment against Maidana:

"I'm too young. I don't deserve to get beaten up like that."

Dude the guy fought with a dislocated shoulder and knocked the guy out. Ok he might of been a bum but it doesnt matter who your fighting, if you can keep fighting whilst under that pain and pressure then your not mentally weak

Does this imply Sonny Liston, Edwin Valero, Ray Robinson and Monzon among others who suffered from substance abuse were mentally weak?

You talk about soaking up punishment, yet you totally neglect the fact that Oliver McCall has taken some monstrous punches without as much as blinking?

Mental weakness is defined by someone prone to quitting/finding a way out, Oliver McCall quit against Lewis because he was fresh out of rehab for christ sakes. Zab Judah quit and found a way out against Amir Khan because he was being dominated, there's a slight difference.

Andrew Golota is a good pick, he's a quitter and a cheat.

Zab may be little mentally weak, but the dude is tough. Getting KTFO like he did against Kostya tszyu, ruins a fighters mindset.

But yeah, he is somewhat mentally weak. His fights against Floyd, Baldomir, Clotty, prove that. :good
