I Don't know why I am bothering to post, with all these IDIOTS, yes IDIOTS that posted before me.
Calzaghe, Marciano, Sugar Ray Robinson, Ali???? WTF is wrong with you people? They are all time greats and deserve every bit of recognition. Now if you would have put ODLH, then this list would make sense. How about Zab Judah? Totally overrated! You guys showed that not only are you ignorant but you don't know dick about boxing.

Yep. I wonder who Taylor has to fight to demonstrate to that reject that he isn't a fraud?

    Hopkins x 2, Pavlik x 2, Wright (Wright didn't want rematch), Ouma,
    Lacy, etc..

    Yes he was !

    And that understates his greatness.

He was actually even greater than that.

The thing with Robinson, in all reality, is that many people j ust take his greatness on authority, not because they've investigated his fight footage or record in any detail.

So what, people act like LaMotta was the first middleweight that Robinson faced. Do ur reasearch. He beat one of the best middleweights of all time in Marcel Cerdan, beat Robinson in his prime, let me think who else, Fritzie Zivic, Tommy Bell, Irish Bob Murphy, Bob Sattersfield, Holman williams, Jimmy Edgar, should I continue and make u feel real dumb or hav I made my point. Anyone that the ring magazine ranks in their alltime greats middleweight list is not overated write that down

Agreed. I have. Was he great in the ring? Yes, no question. He had style, power, grace made some good fighters look like fools. Was his record inflated? Absolutley.

I just can't see how he beats Ray Leonard. The only real blemish on his career was a peak Roberto Duran but I mean come on!! Hearns, Hagler, Duran, Benitez. What the man achieved after the eye injury and coke addiction is amazing. When others would have lay down Ray stood up.

I can point all the negatives but to me those 4 names- Hearns, Hagler, Duran, Benitez overpower what negatives he had.

It's an example of what I just said... that people take Robinson's name for granted, on the authority of others, without investigating his career for themselves.

Yes, surely Leonard proved that head to head he is absolute hell for any man in history.
