Adonis Stevenson, but no one actually knows him outside of small places in Montreal.

There's no boxing star in Canada at all. It's all baseball, hockey, bball here.

Why wouldn't I be? I live in Canada, no one KNOWS HIM.

Boxing is dead in Canada outside of small parts of Montreal.

This is baseball, hockey, NBA country. Boxing is irrelevant.

I live in Toronto and I haven't heard one man utter either guys' names. Not once.

Been to different provinces, not one time.

It's no surprise. Boxing has never been big in Canada, ever. Obviously not many people are going to care.

And it's not like Lemieux is actually any good to garner serious support from fans.

Many Canadians don't consider him one of us since he represented the UK after representing us in the Olympics.

Lewis is one of my favourites, but many Canadians never felt he was one of us.

I actually don't blame him at all for going to the UK and representing them. Boxing was pretty much dead here even in the early 90's. It would have been severely dumb if he stayed here.
