Not as big as most of these but Rungvisai beating Chocolatito first time round shocked me. A man who had won 1 of his first 5 professional fights.

He was previously a champion with a gift WBC title but he came in there as just another opponent for Gonzalez to look flashy against. The guy had been fighting in mud huts in Thailand his entire career apart from one fight in Mexico.

If a boxer is 1/100 his opponent will usually be somewhere in the region of 16/1 to 20/1. If this African guy was 100/1 to win the fight Eggington must have legitimately been priced up at close to a thousand to one on?!?

Douglas was 42/1 in a Vegas sportsbook to beat Tyson which is probably the biggest price in boxing I think has ever landed (in just a general 'who wins' market as opposed to individual rounds.)

I don’t know the price across all the books, but yeah that’s how I understand it. My mate got 100/1 though, I’ll get him to send me slip and I’ll whack it in here.

Might be on the exchange markets maybe, but I know he 100% got 100. What they were priced with the main books before hand I’m not so sure.

in the old days the bookies price was final and in tyson douglas days there were no online bookies , on the exchanges the prices of some outsiders can be staggering , ishida kirkland was a great shout at the time kirkland was billed as the next tyson , and ishida was moving up and had about 6 kos his whole career to that point , seth mitchell was another american with heavy hands and no chin who had hype , some of the in play odds are remarkable , i remember the callum smith rebrasse fight , 40/1 rebrasse after 2 rounds , layed off at under even money in round 6 where smith had a wobble , after this round i was guaranteed 200 off my £10 regardless of who won . point being exchange price is vastly superior on outsiders , in time people doubt the hype someone once had after there bubbles burst , i remember being told of david price chin at start of his pro career , yet he was the heir apparent , olympic medalist , right hand of doom superstar in waiting , tony thompson who had only been beat by wlad , just as big as price , yet he was nearly 30/1 ! it was that shocking frank turned to jelly , and then kelly

Gotta be the Tyson Douglas fight for me

To wake up one Sunday morning and see the previously undefeatable Tyson struggling to get up on the morning news was just to big for my 11 year old brain to comprehend
