Let's hope Arthur gets to meet Ward. Arthur's comparatively limited athleticism could mean getting picked apart and stopped in the later rounds.

Some guys mature later than others. Andre Dirrell is still a bit of a boy physically at 26 with his comparatively weak legs and overall build. Ward is the same age but more physically prime. Abraham suffers from the same genetic malady as Froch and Kessler, a bit too slow of foot and hand and lacking in exceptional quickness and/or agility. Ward by late-round KO.

I picked Dirrell by decision, and the fight went exactly how I thought it would go, with AA making a late rallly....then oops the DQ happened...

there is no myth, and nor was he expose

it was common knowledge that a black slick boxer always outbox punchers with lesser skill most of the time. This fight was just one of those many examples that shows the gap in skill level

Does not matter how people might want to call it, Dirrell won that fight fair and square.

Dirrell is the great mighty Lancelot. :hat

I think you're jumping the gun too early. AA is still ahead of Dirrell pointswise.

However, I give Dirrell full credit. I did not see him winning this and he proved me wrong. I am not a fan of the guy nor will I ever root for him or for that style of boxing but he put on a master class and all credit to him.

Na i knew a slick boxer would give him trouble i called this fight and i always shook my head when lot of the posters here put him in there top 10 pfp. I had him more like top 20. Although his stock has went down after this fight.

This might be a dumb question but what happens now??

How many points is that for dirrell in the super 6 and I am assuming dirrell is also the champion??

How was Abraham exposed? Yea, he lost, but it's not like he got a chance to finish it off due to Dirrell slipping and Abraham throwing a punch while Dirrell was on the canvas. If that fight goes all 12 rounds Abraham may have won, may'be Dirrell would have won. Who knows? All I know is that we the fans didn't get a chance to see an exciting ending. It was a good fight nonetheless.

Also, Abraham's loss is a DQ. DQ's are really taken seriously and pretty much everybody dismisses DQ losses.

Dirrell gets 2 points for the win, and there was no belt on the line. Abraham's lost baggage was the IBF Middleweight title.

he outboxed abraham like he should have. but i think dirrel took the opportunity to easily end it. Too bad though, he could have proved something there. Hope all these fighters show some balls next time.

Dirrell wasn't running at all in the fight. I would bet you and some of the other Brits who keep bleating the same old Froch partyline never even watche dteh fight or just watched round 11 on YouTube.

Let's put it this way, the Dirrell who fought Abraham was throwing punches with abundance and would have stopped Froch. I don't know how to make it any easier for you.
