The only thing you'll ever stamp on is a letter you muppet. Stick to what you are good at, playing with yourself whilst fantasising about Tyson s@%ually abusing young girls.

Yeah. Witherspoon has no interest in beating Smith precisely because he wanted out from the clutches of the Kings.
The two fights Witherspoon had at the end of 1987 he actually looked in great shape, but that didn't last.

I think Tyson would have his hands full with a prime in-shape Witherspoon. But I also think Tyson would have his hands full with the best version of Pinklon Thomas too.

People who make excuses about Tyson's condition and focus in the Douglas fight need to make the same allowances for Tyson's opponents. It doesn't take much commonsense or research to see Tyson got a lot of those guys when they were not at their bests too. It's called being even-handed.

Yes it definitely works both ways.

But then, if we start accepting every fighters every excuse for losing every fight. Everyone will be undefeated and no one really lost in their prime :good

    That's true.

It's how the boxing business works anyway. It's rare to have two prime fighters both at 100% matched together.

Normally, the loser isnt in his prime

    I think Bowe/Holyfield 1 is a rare exception.
I was going to say Foreman/Frazier 1, but many state Frazier wasnt in his prime anymore.
    Hatton/Mayweather.

But it does keep things in prospective. The winner isn't always the better fighter, which is easily the case for Tyson vs Douglas I'm sure you'll agree

Take (and I know this might cause an uproar cause apparently he's got a bunch of nut-hugging fans ALREADY this early in his career) Danny Garcia. People see that he beat Matthysse and they don't pay the eye-swelling any mind. When they do that they ignore that Danny was getting outboxed before it happened... Danny the supposedly skilled boxer was getting outboxed by Matthysse the "brawler".

Anyone that recognized that FACT (all 3 judges had him winning by a significant margin) wouldn't be at all disillusioned by what happened to him in the Herrera fight. They blamed it on being drained, the pressure of fighting in PR, or they just flat out called it an "off night". When if you kept his victory over Matthysse IN PROSPECTIVE, he clearly has trouble with intelligent technical boxers.

Even against Khan (as much as i hate Khan) Danny was getting outboxed until the found that left hook.

To me it seems DG is the right guy at the right place at the moment.
