I'm pretty sure it's accurate. Make a thread about it, if you want, and we can predict some future knockouts.

Considering you pick ANYONE over guys like Litzau, Jones, Khan etc., and they keep proving you wrong, I think I'd do ok.

Not really. They were both knocked down in the ams, I think Haye was knocked out twice and Khan was knocked down but went on to win the fight.

They have both been hurt by smaller, light hitting guys that should not have been able to put a dent in them.

They both adopt hit and move tactics or fight cautiously when facing anyone remotely resembling a threat.

Haye's chin is not as bad as Khan's but I wouldn't bet on either of them to be able to take a flush shot from a hard hitter.

Of course Haye's chin is not bad, I dont even think many people say its bad. stamina used be a bit of an issue, but it seems to be solved now(Valuev fight). His fighting spirit is also questioned by some but I dont buy it. Just because he doesn't like blocking punches with his face like e.g. Margarito or Adamek(especially at lower weights), does not mean he is not a warrior. He is fighting bigger guys now and back at cruiser he showed he is willing to take on difficult challenges (e.g. Mormack in France). Whatever flaws he may or may not have, he is the most exiting boxer in the heavyweight division and you cannot argue with that.

Having said that, I dont understand the hate Ademak is getting from so many Haye fans. You all hate Adamek because his fan made a potentailly racist thread about Haye? Idiotic. Im sure there aren't any idiots/racists in Engalnd, right? 5% or so of votes for the BNP(whites only party) huh, maybe people put the tick in the wrong box by accident? Poland is certainly not a racist country. If you read a few good books about history, you will know that historically its arguably the most tolerant country in Eruope. Are Adamek fans particularly deluded/fanatical? I don't think so. I remember Klit-Ademek poll to be very one sided(something like 90-3), the only more one-sided poll I recall, is the one about being floored.

Regardless of what you think about his fans, Ademak deserves respect from the boxing community (I believe David Haye himself said that he rates Admaek highly as a fighter). The likes of Adamek, Froch or Martinez should be supported by real boxing fans of all nationalities. Simply because they get no love from TV networks and had to earn their status the hard way, by taking 50-50 fights, often away from home, getting into wars and proving their skills in the ring.

This fight would undeniably prove who was the better cruiserweight
I agree with your analysis in general, but not with this point. At heavy I'd certainly favour DAvid Haye, whereas at cruiser, with the right tactic, I would give Adamek a much higher chance to beat the slightly weight drained version of Haye.

Even David Haye doesn't think that David Haye has a good chin. He's said as much in plenty of interviews. He knows that's his biggest weakness.

    Other facts worth mentioning:

He got up from Thompson and finished on his feet with a towel thrown in. He wasn't knocked out per se.

Barret is the only man in history to put famously iron chinned Tua down, so he hits like a ****ing mule.

Haye has his left hand so ridiculously low he gets caught with clean right hands more than he should, and hence has been hurt/down more than if he knew what defence was.

Haye's chin is okay. But okay isn't good enough to survive Wlad's bombs.

He probably just tells everyone he's got a weak chin so they'll stay up top trying to throw bombs. This suggests that he doesn't want to deal with patient boxers and doesn't like body punches.

That's pretty unlikely theory. It would be like a guy announcing around his neighborhood that he has a small dick in order to get tight *****. No fighter admits that his chin isn't good as for a game plan. He says it to get rid of the constant questions about it.

It was just an uninformed theory, really. I just figure that if he really thinks that his reaction speed is quicker than his opponents, but doesn't really feel comfortable when defending against body punchers up close, it makes some sense to try and keep said opponent at a range where he's trying to swing for the fences.

Has he been hit hard at all in his last three HW fights ?, dont remember valuev doing much, ruiz i guess tagged him, but harrison was a joke, my worry for him (if i liked him any more which i dont), is that he has not been in a hard arse HW fight yet at all. Now many will say neither has the brothers recently, but for me they are fighting better guys, and are more used to being at HW (obviously). Any way will be interesting to see if they do fight, how either side react when caught hard

Even Haye acknowledges that he has a weak chin.

Even though Haye's chin isn't all that bad and basically average, I have no question that this is one of the greatest liabilites in his game. His fans should be concerned about the fact that Haye's "explosive" style exposes his average chin to a lot of dangerous counter punches that can quickly change the outcome of a fight. As far as Adamek/Haye match up, I sincerely doubt Haye can put Adamek down (hurt him, sure, Adamek has been in that situation many times but has an uncanny ability to stay up and recover), and imo a KO is Haye's only shot at winning, considering the usual disparity between the two men's activity levels in a fight. Haye is fast but simply doesn't stay as busy as he should, opting instead to time a perfect shot and pounce. At HW Adamek uses his speed to his advantage to ensure a victory on the cards.

Exactly. ****, he's practically come right out and ADMITTED he's got a glass jaw, but still some of these ostriches want to deny it!!! :patsch

Glass jaws exist in boxing, and Haye's got one. Deny it all you want, it's only a matter of time before he gets starched again!
