The myth of Floyd being iron chinned

    Floyd is the only fighter that has gone nearly 20 years without even being dropped that gets criticized for having a glass jaw. That logic does not add up.

    The accolade of "best defensive fighter of all time" might have something to do with that rather than his chin.

    I don't recall anybody saying Whitaker had glass for a chin. Being a great defensive fighter is not a statement about your chin. It's a statement about your defense.

    both pac and floyds power at 147 is a nonfactor. they are both fighting out of their weight class. what power pac has at 147 can be contributed to the way he wraps his hands

    I wouldn't say "iron," but I think it's safe to say his chin is far better than his Uncle Roger had. :deal
