Compubox should be taken with a grain of salt.

I scored it even, but probably need to watch it again without being filled with Crown Royal. I get the feeling that even watching sober, a lot of the rounds will be tough to score.

I don't want to see a 4th fight. Probably another close, disputed decision.

Just make the ****ing Floyd-Manny fight already.

I'm on my phone so can't see certain emoticons, I just saw a previous post by you saying "yeah cos I write for examiner.com" therefore I assumed you wrote it. My bad.

Does that misunderstanding really make me a dickhead, ***** and a 4 year old mongolian?

Either way i've just rewatched it and had it 6-6. I think the uproar comes from it being very difficult scoring in favour of pacman.

Upon hearing the scores I was expecting it to be marquez because pac never won 8 rounds.

However in my unofficial logbook i'm sticking with 6-6.

**** you, you oversensitive little clitoris. The overreaction to the decision has been hysterical on this forum, and I shall continue to point this out when and however possible. :good

Getting punched in the face over and over repeatedly = effective aggression.

Watch it again. Pac made Marquez miss all night. Please you need to watch the fight again without any expectations of Pac knocking Marquez out.

I was pretty shocked at the tone of your message to be honest. We have always been on good terms even when we've disagreed. I mean, I get serious abuse on here every time I log in but it's always from trolls with no credibility and no respect and no knowledge like ARSEBANGER and co, so that doesn't bother me in the slightest, every outspoken forum member in the world has to deal with braindead morons like them. Just got a bit ratty when it was coming from you, especially as it was unjustified.

Anyway, I'm over it, apologies for any offence caused.

I am busy tonight, but I have downloaded the fight and aim to score it tomorrow evening, after which I will put up a full scorecard with notes.

My impression watching the fight (was far too ****ing anxious to score it at the time, plus I was having a drink) was that it was extremely close. I have no idea how my card will go, but I do know that the reaction to the verdict on this forum has been ludicrous.

It appears that the power of...

FANS CHEERING THE PUNCHES OF ONLY ONE FIGHTER + THE SHOCK OF THE UNDERDOG DOING MUCH BETTER THAN ANTICIPATED

    ...knows no bounds.

There's a difference between blocking and making someone miss.

Pac blocked quite a bit of shots, but got hit a lot. A lot more than punch stats say.

Marquez made Pac MISS a lot but he only landed a handful of significant punches in the fight. Marquez was snapping Pac's head back every round with punches.

Why is the reaction of everyone who feels Marquez clearly won a matter of underdog bias or surpassed expectations? I mean if you haven't scored it yourself yet, I don't get why you would immediately impugn the motives of everyone who thought Pacquiao lost.

I never scored the fight the one time I watched it but I will watch it again with the sound muted & give my card.
