    I also think judges should score even rounds more often. Let the 10-9 rounds be solely for rounds with clear-cut winners. There would be alot less controversy.

    I use to be a Toney fan before the failed drugs tests. Ottke was a bit of fun, he certainly caused a fair share of debate on this forum, which for someone with his limitations and lack of fans means he must of done something right.;)

    No you should not give the champ one tiny tiny tiny bit of special consideration. If you could take negative infinity and subtract infinity from it, that is how much special consideration any fighter should get in any fight regardless of whether or not he is he champion. Boxing scoring should be consistent. If a round is close in a championship fight a judge should judge it however he would have if the fight were not a championship fight

    a wiwn is a win doesn't matter if it's close .

    kinda like i almost killed him but he shot me first.

    If the challenger wins by a single point, it's as legit a win an any.

    Yeah if the judges gave the Champion any benefit of the doubt, IMO.
