More or less agree. I am not sure about h2h greatness, but with his size and awkward style he could be difficult for many ATG. His resume is quite weak, though. When great fighters were still available, even if already aging (Holyfield before 2000, Tyson, Lewis), he wanted no part of them... finally faced arguably the worst version of Lennox and still lost. Then retirement, and now facing "the best" opponents available (the best... from these who are not ducking him, and did not prefer to fight his younger brother). Part of this is not his fault, but it does not make his resume any better.
Yes his resume is poor when you consider how long he's held a title. But he has fought in a pitifully weak era, while having to share the title so only getting half the name opponents and was retired during his prime years. Vitali's legacy will always be judged upon his ability and his performance against Lewis not his resume which is clearly lacking in quality.
Jesus, what a moron. Who do you fill those 10-15 places with? Or do you keep them empty just to prove your point?:rofl
if Wlad was Serena Williams then Vitali would be Venus. Now Wlad is never going to be slightly as dominant as Serena but you get that its all relative.
Forget his resume. It is an absolute disgrace that he is being allowed to hold onto his belt just because he wants to pursue a career in politics! How on earth can he stay out until next spring and be allowed to keep the belt? It's disgraceful.
No doubt, Pity. But, that being said, he is a better fighter than his more athletic, but, china-chinned brother.
