    Again that's just popularity. Bob Arum will sell any fighter as a PPV star if people are willing to buy it and there are a lot of Mexicans who like Chavez Jr and would cough up dosh to see him. It's not exactly fair on better but less popular boxers but that's just the way it goes in this sport.
