JMM called out FMJ and we all know it was a tune up.

Mayweather even offered to give JMM 1 million to step aside and Manny ducked. It is all becoming very clear now.

As for all this "found himself a bigger fuel tank" stuff, has everyone forgotten that by the end of his run at 130, he was murdering himself to make the weight? I've never completely bought it, but Roach claims even making 135 would be dangerous for him now.

Since when do you need designer performance enhancers to explain the normal maturation process fighters go through? He hit 30, got bigger, realized that he was going to be better at 135 and 140, then went to 147 because that's where the money is and has been historically. And in his three fights at the higher weights, who pressed him hard enough to even make his stamina a factor? Oscar who followed him around without throwing punches? Hatton who got sparked in two? Cotto who went into retreat mode after five?

There is nothing Manny has done in recent years that HAS to be explained by performance enhancers. As for the OP, I would say that what he has developed fully is the two fisted power he only started showing in the last two Morales fights. In the sense that it now comes from both sides now AND all angles, his ability to do damage has developed. But this is about training and technique, not magic potions.

It's amazing what people can see when they badly want to see it.

his power has to have increased somewhat moving up putting on weight and muscle, but his speed is the factor and getting hit by punches u dont see are the ones that hurt you most, was the case with cotto, hatton was just an idiot lol

If you can only kill this *****s man, I understand and respect that Floyd Mayweather is a great boxer, but that doesn't make them a boxing expert as well

Good post. People will find reasons to hate the best. People want to accuse him of taking performance enhancement drugs but they fail to realize that he is now in his prime and has developed beautifully under Freddy Roach. Plus, he is no longer a left handed fighter...anybody who has ever boxed on this forum realizes that two hard sequential punches to the head hurts a hell of a lot more than one. He is very fast and comes from a ton of different angles...its hard to pick off his shots and he has power in both hands now.

OK if Mannny doesnt have this power tell me another fighter that does the following

    1. Beats ODLH up , and is so convincing the fight should have been stopped around the 6th, the punches that landed looked harder than anything Hopkins landed 13 lbs heavier.
    2. Hatton for all his flaws is not a 2 round fighter for anyone at 140lb period.
    3. Cotto was going backwards , somewhere midway through the 3rd , Mosley , Judah couldnt do this and hit hard , margarito did it after about 8 or 9.

Pound for pound Manny hits harder than any other boxer right now.
