Guys like Ali, Foreman, Bowe, Liston,,could do it, but they would all endure severe punishment. Mike was a tank, you had to beat him up all night to get the KO. Great jab, defense, hooks, uppercuts. Sickening body work. Scary night for anyone. I feel Tyson is underrated these days. He was way too big and strong for Marciano and Dempsey.

 

Every fighter ever has an Achilles heel of some sort. Tysons Achilles heel ALWAYS was between his ears. Bully mentality, deep seated self doubt. Rattle him, make him think, take him into deeper waters and he has a hard time handling the pressure.

 

Wow Mike is really underrated these days, everyone falls for that 'can't beat anyone who stood up to him' theory. Truth is no fighter ever existed is unbeatable, no one. Although, to say a Prime Tyson has a ZERO chance against any HW fighter is just ludicrous. You're either extremely biased or don't know **** about boxing. Tyson has a great chance against all of those you have listed. I've noticed on this forum people place forward arguments without really backing them up with actual valid points about the technical aspect of the fight game. Tyson is an ATG fighter who must be respected, personal views and bias aside the boy could fight.

 

Some people saw him as being unbeatable, and some think that he loses to anybody who stands up to him.

The truth lies somewhere between.

 

I believe a prime Tyson is beatable, however no fighter in history goes 3-0 against him in a trilogy. To beat a prime Mike you really have to be at the top of your game and ready to go through hell.
