Its frustrating that anyone can remotely believe that the two feather fisted boring boxers Frampton and Warrington should ever be PPV as this is just conning the public it should be free to air and build BT as a boxing channel
Don't agree on the boring bit tbf mate but I do agree that Warren seems to be putting the final few nails in the coffin of his long association with broadcasted shows. His entire set up these days just looks and feels amateurish and low budget (relatively speaking compared with Matchroom).
It was probably in Framptons contract that he had to have a world title fight in 3 fights. Theres no way Warren wanted to do it now, and 3 days before Christmas of all times. Only way they can make the fight is PPV to cover purses.
The world would not miss Frampton v Worry fighting on PPV or not - if they won't fight for decent purses fook them
The amount of people who don't have a TV is miniscule!! The amount if people who book fights on sky via internet in miniscule. Just because it's your normal doesn't mean its everybodys. Get a TV ya Muppet. Stop watching **** on a 15 inch screen. You can get a decent sized smart TV for pretty cheap these days! The one in my bedroom is 32" and my main boxing viewing TV is 46" I'd hurt my neck watching it on a laptop!!
I have Talk Talk TV with full SKY Sports package and internet (for £33 a month). I can order SKY PPV's but can't order BT PPV's. Pretty poor from BT really, you should be able to order on whatever platform you want.
Still pay for Boxnation ? If so, have you had enough of their lack of investment on good quality cards that are on primetime uk time? Do people think the fact ifl tv are showing the Burnett & Taylor WBSS bill instead of Boxnation will be the deathnail to Boxnation ?
This is not completely accurate. BT sport can be watched through the BT Sport app (including streaming) or by logging onto BT.com. The website states that PPV is not available online 'at present' which suggests they are working on it. Laughable that anyone pays for a TV Licence these days. A Monitor and laptop is the way to go.
You still need a licence to watch stuff though, doesn't have to be on TV. Agree about not paying for a licence though, ridiculously outdated concept
As I understand it's only for live terristial TV or BBC iPlayer. Regardless there is no way to prove what you have or have not been watching.
Unfortunately there is mate - Internet Service Provider Logs and no doubt this will be the first port of call for addresses without a TV Licence
