Even as older names are fading away, it bring me joy to see newer names coming up and showing off their impressive skills. This content is protected Who are you impressed with? :smoke
I'm not sold on a 5.6 foot MW. And apparently he struggled in his last match. Roach is hyping him because he is a Many sparing partner.
Not really, Hip Hop Skating is big in the urban areas. DGK (Dirty Ghetto Kids), CR3W and Famous Stars and Straps are all geared twords Hip Hop Skating. Even though Nas buried Hip Hop 4 years ago they are doing pretty good.
He's moving down to WW. I wouldn't say he struggled his last match, but his opponent spoiled things pretty badly, and it was someone he should have been able to knock out.
Also Korobov, Pete Quillin, all the Cubans, Angula (I don't know if he counts anymore), Edwin Rodriguez, Deontay Wilder, Demetrius Andrade, Saul Alvarez, etc
Of those three? Jones is the most impressive overall (though Kim has a chance to become the next Gatti). Porter I can do without. :barf In general? Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam, Fernando Guerrero, Chocolatito Gonzalez, Sharif Bogere, Vanes Martirosyan, Amir Khan, Yuriorkis Gamboa, Koki Kameda...there's plenty of potential or surefire stars-of-tomorrow afoot.
A lot of african americans here in NYC were riding skateboards in the 90s. And listening to hip-hop. On topic, I'm not really all that impressed with Porter either. He seems to have a bit of a stylistic identity crisis. I do like Korobov, although I've only seen him twice. I'm excited about him tho, looking forward to seeing where he goes...
