It was confirmed in an interview with the Sauerlands last night on IFLT TV that the WBSS will begin at the start of September and it will be on for 8 consecutive weekends. With this as well as the matchroom / sky cards, the boxnation / BT cards, ITV box office cards and channel 5 cards and the international fights that sky and Boxnation will get, it's fair to say that we will be spoiled for choice with boxing in the new season. Yes there will be a lot of clashes especially with the wbss, but for me the more boxing to watch the better.
    Thoughts?

The 9 and 16 of September are just loaded.

On the 9th: The super fly card, Benadivez-Dirrell, and a WBSS fight.

    On the 16th: Golovkin-Canelo, Saunders-Monroe, Verdejo-Flanagan, and Smith-Skoglund.

If there's a good crusier WBSS fight on the 9th it probably outdoes the 16th. Any rumours of GGG-Canelo undercard bouts?
