The previous rankings thread became stagnated, where it was only myself and Rob Palmer discussing the rankings. So we both decided on starting the thread again in the hope that it gets more people involved. We will start with the heavyweights (which should conduct the most discussion) and work our way through the divisions :good

I agree Chisora should be ahead of Rogan and I would have Fury ahead of Harrison. He may be European champion but who did he beat, Sprott. McDermott was a tougher fight than Sprott and the rankings show that.

Would also stick to jsut a top 10 without a Champion as the title cannot really be defended, and as you go down the rankings you going to have some journeyman in the top 12.

Nice one for getting this going again Kos.

Debatable as to whether Sosnowski should be on the list… other than that I would have Fury at 3 and the others can stay the same

Sprott was 60 seconds from being European champion, I think he should be higher. He's done more than several above him.

Chisora has a win over Sexton and, as a consequence, should be ranked above him.

I would also argue that Skelton should rank above Fury.

He's been acitve in Germany, losing close ones to Brewster and Ustinov and getting robbed against Bidenko.

He may not have the recent W's on his record but his opposition has been much higher than almost all in the top 10. He'd beat McDermott easily and maybe a few others on the list. Deserves to be higher.

    We'll agree to disagree :)

He'd beat several others in the list though.

Yea as good as we Brits are at adopting sports people if Sosnowski has pulled of the huge upset against Klitschko are cant imagine he'd be on Alan Carr's show to show his belt off to the British public. Think Kos has done well, the Del-Sexton-Rogie 1s tough as Del beat Sam, Sam beat Rogie twice but Rogie beat Audley and Skelton, arguably bigger wins than a young Sexton and a shot Danny Williams! So really its a good list, think Dallas and Price could argue being above big Larry as they've both beat the ogre that beat Larry
