primetime are going to really start ****ing things up id say,before we got mayweather fights for free now primetime are cashing in on him

 

The main problem is it's ridiculously short-sighted.

I don't many young and casual fans they think they're gonna pick up if the majority of boxing goes on to pay per view. What's unfortunate is that I think Mayweather/Ortiz sells quite well as a ppv over here, certainly enough for them to make more than Sky would pay for it on one of the normal sports channels. But it limits the potential market every time.

 

Jhonny Gonzalez/Elio Rojas isn't even happening. Why do Sky have it on their schedule? :huh

And no chance I'm going to buying Floyd/Ortiz on Primetime.

Magnificent. What could be the best card of the year is now being shown on a channel that uses a feed with a lower bitrate than a muslim during Ramadan and will 'only' charge viewers £10-15 for the pleasure.

Thankfully there'll be HBO streams galore.

They can have it in HD, dress it up in bells and tassels, have live karaoke and a raffle, put a lesbian show on between rounds, I'll still not be ****ing paying for it.

 

Primetime is cheap and tacky to look at and I don't trust it. Maywather/Ortiz belongs on sky.

 

Do Primetime have any plans to bring in a HD channel?
