The New Season on Sky

If there is a free to air C5 show the same night, I'd have no objection to paying for the Mayweather Ortiz card. With Morales and Alvarez also on the card it's as strong a ppv as you could expect nowadays.
There,s no such thing as free boxing nowadays, whether it's a monthly subscription or a ppv but if the PT model means we do get free C5 support shows and maybe hbo 24/7 build up then i don't see it being bad for the sport at all.

 

Im going to find a way to watch on HBO, the Floyd card deserves that sort of production. Andy Kerr did a good job on the last Khan fight, but lets face it the whole operation is not what you expect from a PPV.

I wont gamble with £15, ill come on here after and hear the verdict of how the show was done, if it is a marked improvement i may give PT some business the next time.

 

Sky or Premier picking up the fight for a fraction of the price.

lol im not paying for it.Nothing to do with Primetime but I pay enough as it is for my Sky subscription and paying on top of that is a ****ing joke in my opinion.I pay £45 a month and get my football fix and no way should people have to fork out extra to get their boxing fix.
I will watch by other means.

 

I've said before and will say again, why any true boxing fan on the forum would begrudge paying £15 for a quality card like the Mayweather PPV then I have no idea what they are doing on here. Especially when they complain and wonder why big fights don't get made.

HOWEVER, Primetime serve up such an awful quality picture that is on a par with streaming from an illegal site. Until they get a grip of there production then they really shouldn't be offering shows like this for 15 quid because they are ripping of consumers with their awful production. I will still probably buy it but because of these reasons it is not the automatic decision it would have been if it was on Sky Box Office
