A quick look at what happened since last updated... way back...

Golovkin and Hassan N'Dam now both hold a piece of the WBA's garbage Sturm being the 3rd, utter mess the WBA failed to clean up

Pirog is still WBO champ, Geale is @ IBF, Chavez Jr. hold the Mexican I mean World Boxing Council trophy, Sergio Martinez, not injured or refusing fights, was stripped from all ABC titles.

Speaking of Sergio, he gave Barker's 1st loss who gave a fair account of himself, while Macklin lost a very tight one to Sturm.

Following Jacobs' unwanted footsteps, Lemieux was stopped by Rubio, Kirkland by Ishida, and Guerrero by Brewer who then lost to Andrade.

Outshining all is Gregorz Proxa who put on a sweet slick masterclass to capture the EBU crown vs. top5 MW Sylvester, he's the one to watch out for.

Not much else from others, which is sad considering the talent of Korobov, Henry etc.

I guess, you can add that Sturm has dropped even farther down the list to fight Martin Murray. Who, whilst being technically sound and aggresive, is less experienced and powerful than Macklin....

Gennady Golovkin v Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam is a fight most of us are very keen to see.

It would, but both have lost a tiny bit of their luster & shine from when they were rising prospects now that they've become contenders and been put under a magnifying glass for everyone to see them, warts & all. Hassan showed his flaws against Khurtsidze and Lorenzo who both hurt HNN, while GGG showed his against Ouma (who was supposed to be shot to **** but made Gennady go life and death).

Fair call. They are both human. Still looking forward to the matchup some time in the future.

IIRC Golovkin and Ouma worked together for another fight so they new each other pretty well. Golovkin's camp was apparently impresesd with Ouma in sparring so the way the fight looked perhaps wasn't so surprising in retrospect.
