Dont forget my man Super G Grzegorz Proksa.

Emmanuel Steward advised Andy Lee to reject offer to fight him.

Good list, props for mentioning Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam, not too many people know about him.

Imagine the Super Six they'd produce... it's almost hard to choose 6 fighters and leave out others, but let's try one version:

Jacobs, Guerrero from US, Lemieux from Canada, Golovkin from Kazakhstan/Germany, Pirog from Russia (let's say it's too early for Korobov), N'Dam N'Jikam from Cameroon/France.

    R1 fights:
    Jacobs-Lemieux
    Guerrero-Pirog
    Golovkin-N'Dam N'Jikam

    R2 fights:
    Jacobs-Golovkin
    Lemieux-Pirog
    Guerrero-N'Dam N'Jikam

    R3 fights:
    N'Dam N'Jikam-Pirog
    Lemieux-Guerrero
    Pirog-Jacobs

    :yikes

Thanks. We need more threads like this. Might be nice to take these guys one by one, dredge up some youtube video on them, and analyze and discuss them.

Why leave out David Lopez? He fought his last fight at 154, but that was the first time he fought at 154 since 2001, and the man has fought ABOVE light-heavyweight a few times. Sure, he has some losses, but he also has 14 consecutive wins including Mendoza, Montoya, Lyell, Duran, and remember Michael Walker who gave Jacobs hell? Lopez took Walker's zero long before Jacobs got to him! David Lopez is obviously ready for something bigger and better than Friday Night Fights!

A couple others to mention - Shawn Porter, who competed at the elite US amateur level with Jacobs, Andrade and Guerrero, and Dmitry Chudinov, who beat Korobov for the Russian championship in the Amateurs in 2007.

He's been on ESPN a few times now. He's the guy (with the huge nostrils) who's rumored to have collected the knockdown in the Pacquiao camp. He may end up settling down at 154 instead (he's only 5'6, but built like a **** brickhouse), but most of his fights have been in the 157 range.

Indeed, great future for the middleweight, we'll see them at the top in about 18 to 24 months.

Nice list. It could be fantastic if some of these talents blossom. I can't see how some of them won't, there is too much talent for it to all fall away. These guys will sweep aside many of the current generation.

Pirog and N'dam are impressing me.

:thumbsup Also, I see his younger brother, Fedor Chudinov turned pro and fights at Middleweight. Both have now their base in the USA.

Obviously, I could make a 20 list... so many talents... so keep the names coming, and maybe I will! :good
