Who? The recently turned 22-year-old breed through his competition at the world amateur championships. Going 5-0 in the final judging and being one of the few participants not to lose more than 1 vote in any match. What are his immediate plans? I assume he is staying amateur until the next Olympiad. Right now he is big for 165 as an amateur at 22, by the time he turns pro there is no way in Hell he will make professional MW limit of 160! He will be big for SMW by then.
How some judge actually scored his semi final fight for his American opponent was mind boggling. Probably auditioning to score Ward and Canelo fights.
Good pressure and great power but I didn't see much more He's an exciting fighter tho and has great potential but I think a good 'boxer' will deal with him comfortably if they can take the power
He reminds me of like a young GGG, constant pressure and seems to hit like a train. Won't stop coming at you for the whole 3 rounds and hits with pure power every shot. All the Hamburg 17 fights are on youtube I think. Ben Whittaker did well against him but always crumbled in the last half of the fight. The fighter in the final looked terrified as if they'd fought before and he knew he hit like a trian!
