Well in my unbiased and impartial opinion I would say that Chisora deserves this accolade. He destroyed the current champion WALDO with effortless ease and is the most recognised fighter on the planet.
It's far and away Chisora. Just look how he handled Wlad... I've never seen such a dominant performance.
