The next person that posts that Codrington has a bad chin

If you get hit clean it doesn't matter if you have a great chin it's gonna hurt any fighter. If we're giving props to Codrington chin we should give props to Bika chin also. It was a great fight.

His chin is a little better than I thought it was, but it's still not good. He will get Codringtoned.. again and again and again. He seems like a good guy and I was cheering for him because I wanted him to get the money, but fighting scared + having a bad chin against a B level or higher pressure fighter = getting knocked out. He will never be a top fighter, especially right now in a division with a top 10 with good punchers.

 

Its a scientific fact it only takes a certain amount of force if hit in the right place of the jaw (chin) or temple and the person hit will be knock unconcious. this is what happened when Codrington fought Green, it was a lucky punch, taking nothing away from Green!

 

Codrington is a lot like the late Julian Letterlough. They are exciting to watch. They can end a fight in 1 round. Or get KOed in 1 round. Im a fan.

 

People can quit calling the Green fight luck. Codrington's chin is below average and his defense is AWFULL!!

 

Exactly. For crying out loud, Bika is hardly a puncher, neither was Green. They both took this guy out. Bika has like 13 KOs in 30 fights!! Codrington's shaky chin made him look like Tommy Hearns!

 

He does not have a bad chin or a bad defense per say. He is just a dumb fighter that takes 10 seconds or more to plan his next move. You can see him in there thinking way too long. Like he has all the basics down and has some good punching technique but THE MAN CANT PUT THE **** TOGETHER. He looks lost in the ring and one moment I think Baika laughed at him. Like WTF are you ******ed or something. Then jabbed him to the body to wake his ass up. Codrington had NO gameplan and he is like a robot fighter that cannot think on his own. He just REACTS to the other guy. Like, well, um.. do I punch now or do I wait for him to hit me first then I hit him back. I mean that **** is simple. He would just stand there in punching range when he is quick enough to get in and out. I mean he is just ass backwards.

 

You take a left hook form Allan Green and call me in the morning. That is some funny stuff you just said. Green has a devastating left hook. Bika is like a margarito. Just a strong clubbing fighter with wide hooks.
