The nicknames that Muhammad Ali gave his opponents. Were there any that you liked? I remember the first George Chuvalo title bout on March 29 1966, Ali penned him The Washer Woman. George did show up during the pre fight interviews dressed up as a Washer Woman.

Liston: The Bear. Patterson: The Rabbit. Frazier: The Gorilla. Ali should have retired earlier and gone into Politics. Imagine the nicknames he could have come up with when running for President! Lol.

Muhammad Ali was a good Ambassador, he helped free a hostage later in life. Ali was extremely popular world over.

Remember the Japanese wrestler Antonio Inoki, they had that exhibition on June 25 1976, Ali penned him The Pelican because of his extended jaw.

Before Chuvalo came Ali seemed like a different man, it was like he was annoyed to act for the cameras because maybe the audience wasn't big enough, he seemed irritable, solemn and a sour sort of sarcastic. Then again, that cartoonish side of Ali really took off after the 60s.
