In his prime roy had a mix of speed and power that should be able to counter almot all of joes main attributes but this doesn't mean he would have a great chance of stopping joe.

I don't think anyone is dismissing that he got dropped by a forearm, but jeez he did go down kind of ugly. The way he fell looked like he was hurt real bad and he even told his father in the corner that it was a "punch" that he did not see. Even he did not know it was a forearm. By the way, I agree with post.
