Martin has been sparring with Joe Joyce in prep for this.....

A man which may be better than Kownacki, certainly has superior pedigree.

Kownacki defence is non existent, going to get found out soon and I reckon Martin will expose him here.

Adam is a good fighter and he is at a point in his career where we need to find out if he is the goods or not. This is the perfect stage the perfect timing and the perfect fight for him to showcase if he is the goods or if needs to fine tune things before he steps up. You can say the same thing for Charles Martin. I really like this fight. Both are taking it very seriously. After this fight there could be a new HW on the rise in the rankings.

After seeing an interview with Kownacki stating he is still 260 and one with Martin looking in fantastic shape and Jeff Mayweather in his corner, I'm now contemplating changing my pick from Kownacki KO to Martin KO. This is a tough one to pick.

If that's true then Martin will beat him, Kownacki looked God damn awful in his last fight.

They should create an OWC (Obese World Champion) belt for American heavyweights. Kownacki, Arreola, Ruiz Jr, Nichols in a mini tournament for the belt. Only problem is can they find anyone that can make a belt that will fit around any of their waists?

260, claims its extra muscle, might be playing possum. Martin looks in great shape.

Extra muscle lmao. Pretty sure when Kownacki removes his shirt in the weigh-in the building needs to be evacuated because of all the lard that is let loose.

Absolutely, Martin looks in fantastic shape. For this fight he was in a 10 week camp (the longest of his career) after 2 tune up fights after the Joshua loss. Saw some interviews, he ditched the " I walk around like a God" personality. He has a lot to prove, so does Kownacki. The hard cores know this an ok fight. Kownacki was 260 in his win over Kiladze. Don't sleep on his body, Adam has a high work rate and can go the distance. Possible fireworks in this fight. The winner moves up.

I guess we'll see at that weigh in if it's all muscle. Kownacki methinks is telling porky pies with that double chin, but we'll see.

Martin looks like he's in his normal shape, bit soft but not in horrible shape.

Winner will be back in the mix to a lesser degree, will probably get a shot at Wilder as they are Haymon fighters. But whoever wins won't go on to much more as they simply are not that good. Wilder on his worst day KO's both of them on the same night.

I was impressed with Kownacki as a prospect after the Szpilka fight, disappointed with his 260 effort against Kiladze, he looked painfully slow, had poor defense and got clipped way too much, he was lucky Kiladze was a cruiserweight. If he's 260 vs Martin, well, I guess it comes down to how much does Martin wants it if he wins or not. But Martin is a hell of a lot bigger, more powerful, rangier, and a far better boxer than both Szpilka and Kiladze, and a Southpaw. Starting to think Martin should KO Kownacki if his head is in the game.

And that's the big unknown here, is Martin's head still in the game or has winning all the money vs Joshua made him go soft along with all that weed he's been smoking. What happens if the fight becomes competitive and he finds himself in a real fight or finds himself behind or hurt, does he fold like he did vs Joshua?

Is marijuana the official drug of soft people and quitters or what? Geeze, you'd think you have empirical proof of it or something. Weird speculation.
