Well, looks like I was right AGAIN:smoke

I told you all that Alex would get his hands on Guzmans title, & he did:good

However, I can understand thatwith Guzman not turning up, the partys went a bit flat. So if any of you want to go home, thats fair enough, I'll call you a cab. For the rest of us though, we can still have a wee drink & raise a glass to Alex Arthur, Scotlands latest world champion:happy

In all honesty I am a very proud man, its great to have a scottish world champion again! Well done Alex, & let us all raise a glass to him, he truly is amazing!

Thankyou Doylexxx my good man:good It was sad that the fight never happened, but it all worked out for the best in the end, Amazin Alex Arthur showed the world that they were wrong to write him off after his defeat to gomez, & now he is a world champion! Alex did it the hard way, & proved his critics wrong in the process.

Im glad you didnt purchase those tickets this time though, both you & I share a common bond, we have been majorly ****ed up whenever we have bought tickets for a Guzman fight! At least this time we got lucky, & its worked out nice in the end.

I also had to laugh when I seen Guzman has been mouthing off earlier today that he wants to fight the big guns at lightweight cos he cant get a big fight at super-feather...
Now as everyone knows I felt sorry for Guzman when I heard his mother was unwell. However, it looks like Guzman is still crying wolf. He just wont fight the big fights, yet still blames everyone else!

Joan Guzman, I try to cut him some slack, I really do. However, the guy has a million and one excuses for not taking on dangerous fights. Now according to his manager Nunez Guzman was going to take a time out from the sport.
Now Guzman is slagging off the lightweights, hes just an overrated old pain in the ass with an ego. I just wish people would listen to me more. I always said Guzman was just an arrogant old fraud.

Sorry, but he is. He can beat Cassamayor, cos hes a young version. Apart from that though, hes doomed. & thats how it is. Dont say I didnt warn you Guzman lovers.

Alex Arthur, hes the man!!! & Im loving it. the small band of Arthur fans here didnt half prove the doubters wrong.

As for Joan Guzman, last I heard he was up at lightweight pretending everyone is avoiding him there too Man, I love having the last laugh
