    Go back and watch the tape of LARRY MOSLEY vs SAUL ALVAREZ and tell me canelo is good. Come on! The guy is a shade better then chavez jr. Whenever there is a decent mexican fighter everyone sets them up for a big letdown. Go check out RODRIGO GARCIA. The next hall of fame mexican legend. ALVAREZ will never be anything. Especially not at welterweight. He needs to go down to 135. He looks way to bulky at 147.

    This kid 17year oldJose Benavides is suppose to be the next best thing. Freddie Roach says that he is his best prospect,and that he gives Amir Kahn all he wants in sparring Hes a 6-0 Junior Welter he looks wiry and strong not just some skinny kid.

    Canelo is young and looks to be improving from fight to fight, so he has potential to be a force in the welters. But i don't hear anyone hyping him up so I don't know what the hell your talking about Maldito.

    Well Oscar has hyped him up. When asked,who was the hottest prospect in boxing Oscar mentioned Saul Alvarez. Also the thread posted here the other day got a lot of hits and good comments on Alvarez. I think you will be hearing alot more hype in the near future.
