Bute's chin isn't glass. He took a bajillion punches from Froch and didn't even touch down.
Those shots would have hurt anybody.

I'm certain he'll be making his debut at the end of the month when we compile our Rankings again.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

You are the biggest moron on this site and the hits just keep on coming from you. First you claim that the above punch "woulda KOed anybody", then you say that one only needs to do neck exercises to develop an Iron Chin, and now you say that Bute's Chin is fine despite the Fact that Froch put him on ***** Street more times than Elton John with absolutely everything that hit him, including Jabs. Bute's Chin is pathetic. You are pathetic. Glass Jaws Exist in Boxing. End of discussion, nuthugger.

Because that right uppercut would have KO'd anybody.

AND If Bute was pure glass he'd have touched down at least once but he took the hits and kept coming. It took a ref intervention to award Froch a win. He was also able to handle a RUNNING overhand right from Andrade, and was still able to beat the count and continue.

You don't know **** about chins.

No, that right uppercut would not have KOed anybody. If Randall Bailey had the godlike punching power that is being attributed to him by fanboys and he could honestly spark any man alive with a single punch he would be undefeated regardless of his rudimentary skills. Plenty of fighters have survived his best Sunday punches and that proves your statement Factually incorrect.

If Froch can batter everybody like that then how come prior to embarrassingly stopping Bute he had not stopped anyone since Glass Jaw Taylor, owner of one of the most pathetic Chins in Boxing? How come Glen Johnson was able to walk through his best shots and continue returning fire rather than stumbling around like a drunk at last call the way Glass Jaw Lucy did? Why did Kessler stand on a dime and trade punches with him without even being staggered? Oh, that's right, because Kessler and Johnson are Iron Chinned Warriors and Bute's Chin is made of dried horse ****.:patsch

And he didn't survive against Andrade. That C-level plodder Shattered his Glass Jaw and got robbed of a victory by disgraceful hometown shenanigans. Bute has been hurt by several Feather Fisted journeymen and bums, he got KOed by Andrade, and Froch put the icing on the cake when he iced that bum in five and had him wobbling around the ring from Jabs at times. It was hilarious and the very definition of a Glass Jaw being exposed.

Froch put it on Kess and Johnson a lot of times and jolted them.

He definitely survived against Andrade, even if that ref stopped his own count he still beat a 10 second count if you were counting yourself. Was up at 8 at least, Bute was more gassed than hurt by punches anyways. Bute is a tough chinned warrior that is not glass. :deal

If you are too thick to realize this, let me inform you; I don't make these Rankings. I simply make my own list of Glass Jawed Frauds, compile the scores from the rest of the ChinChecking team, and then post the results. It was unanimous that Lucy's Chin is Pure Glass and I believe that I will take those results from notable Punch Resistance Experts as confirmation of my own opinion rather than listen to one disgruntled, delusional fanboy who hero worships Boxers and has continuously proven that he is loathe to admit that there are fighters with shitty Chins in Boxing. If you still care to disagree I would ask that you make a thread asking if Bute is an Iron Chinned Warrior or a stay-at-home Glass Jawed Fraud and see how smart you end up looking. See ya, nuthugger.:deal:hi:

nuthugger Glass Jaws exist in Boxing and Bute has one he was hurt by just about every punch Froch landed. And no, those punches would not have hurt anybody. What we know is Bute was stopped by them.

Someone being stopped by a bajillion punches from a World Class fighter and not going down once does not show a glass chin. It shows will and desire to keep fighting.

You guys must be real pussies

You know, it's weird. You seem like a fairly decent poster on other threads (other than the occasional bit of nuthugging DLH), you had a very impressive top 10 power puncher list (other than your choice to include shavers so high)... YET, when it comes to chins? YOU DON'T KNOW ****.

Seriously, you seem like a good posted over all but when it comes to chins? Leave it to the experts son. Bute was wobbled that entire fight. He said that every punch that landed hurt him, you could see jabs wobbling him. Froch has clubbing power that could wear people down, and I wasn't counting out the possibility of froch getting a late stoppage, but to get it that early! Against someone who was meant to destroy him? When his last stoppage was against Glass Jaw Taylor?
Sorry, but Bute's chin is ****ing awful.

As is Mike Jones', as I pointed out in my other threads.

If Bute's chin was so awful he honestly would have went down at least ONCE.

AND he sure as **** wouldn't have gotten up against the running, flying overhand right Andrade landed on him when he was gassed.

Bute's chin is not iron, but it is NOT glass. Kirkland, yes. Bute, no.

He was held up by the ropes on several occasions. To say he would have went down is ridiculous, other fighters took them shots from Froch and they weren't hurt. Fact is, Bute was ****ed up. His chin was exposed, sorry. I rate his chin at about 6 or 7 in the top 10 glass list.

Also, Andrade is a ****ing bum.

Andrade is certainly a journeyman but you give any 185 lb professional fighter basically a free running overhand right shot on your mouth and chances are you're going down and staying put, but Bute got up because of his durability.
