But what you have to bare in mind is that in some places, such as some of the southern states in America, literally anyone can turn pro. All you have to do is pay a commission fee and pass a very basic medical. I mean Charlie Zelenoff was technically a pro fighter, yet any able bodied man (and probably quit a few women) could beat him. The same too for that toothless gimp that beat him.

In these backwater towns, in little halls, in places like Alabama and Arkansas, there are plenty of "pro" boxers that can't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

 

Yeah, Wilder is clearly delusional. He may actually believe his manufactured "power" is real. He must know he can't take a punch though, with even some of these stiffs knocking him down.
