I just don't understand why MOST *******S claim that it doesn't happen-

They don't realize that it happens all the time because THEY DON'T WATCH OTHER FIGHTERS OR FIGHTS-

They don't know much of anything about the sport..n like I always say in my posts-IT SHOWS IN WHAT THEY PRESENT AS "SOURCES" TO BACK WHAT THEY ARE SAYING.:thumbsup

 

LOL, I think Pacquiao himself would be embarassed to see anyone defend him with the poor gifs you *******s are putting up.

There is very little behind the punches Pacquiao did land. Most of his shot connects were arm punches with very little effectiveness to them.

Nobody really needs to argue with these *******s, their own gifs clearly are showing the ineffectiveness of Pacquiao.

Round 4. Poor round from both fighters. Marquez did **** all until that good right hand in the final second, just some jabs and body shots periodically. Pacquiao was the only one landing power shots to the head, but they weren't all landing flush or very hard. You either give this round to Pacquiao for outworking Marquez with better head shots and the better defense or to Marquez for that solitary right hand counter at the end, some jabs and body shots. Some schooling and domination. And I know, **** gifs, it really was a **** round.

Continuation of the previous gif where Pac landed the two lefts. He may have landed a counter jab and small uppercut here, but it mostly shows his good defence and how in control he was at this stage of the round. Good sequence the last 2 gifs, where Pac slipped all of Marquez's punches and was countering him.

Don't you think if you're going to GIF every shot Pacquiao landed in the entire fight that you should do it for JMM too?

You know, in the name of not being a biased *******.


This is what I mean about the Pacquiao fan reaction to this fight. It's like they're on a mission. As far as I know, no JMM fan on this forum has even bothered to GIF every round like this. JMM fans have accepted the decision and moved on.

Why can't Pacquaio fans do the same? :think

 

This seems to be the pattern when JMM tries to lead. He leaves himself too square and Pac's faster hands catches him every time. He doesn't have the same success creating angles as oppose to when he's on the backfoot.

 

These GIFs are great though as it shows the highly tactical nature of the fight. That third gif for example, JMM tries to get 11 o' positioning as Pac wades in but Pac cuts off the angle and lands that left. Good stuff.

 

JMM fans have not accepted anything, really. They still honestly believe there was a flat out robbery as their hero "schooled" Pac. This thread is about giving a more clear view of a great fight between two great fighters.

 

Nah. I think you'll find that the vast majority of posters here talking about a robbery are Floyd fans moreso than JMM fans. I said it on the night of the fight, in the heat of the moment, before I'd had a chance to watch it back. JMM fans generally seem to be fairly knowledgable and I'm certain most have re-assessed their verdict on the fight since it happened and concluded that it certainly wasn't an all out robbery. As far as I can see, most JMM fans have accepted that Pacquiao was handed the decision and moved on. If some fans think JMM won the fight, as I do, then we're entitled to express that opinion.

What you WONT find JMM fans doing, is creating thread after thread, endlessly making excuses or accusing Pacquiao of cheating, using steroids etc, exactly as Pacquaio fans have done since the fight. But that's how *******s roll. :conf

Pro athletes always care about what the people are saying
whether they admit it or not. In this case its widely known
Marquez schooled him but its *******s that keep the
embarrassment going by making new threads about it
over and over again to try and prove Pac did better than
he really did. :tired
